Park Hill Real Estate

Like so many of Denver’s venerable old neighborhoods, Park Hill real estate really began to flourish at the turn of the century when the first house was built in the late 1800s. What was once flat country land full of dairy farms and grazing cattle has now blossomed into a much-desired “city suburban” neighborhood; an oasis in the heart of the city.

A trip down any of the peaceful tree-lined streets in South Park Hill and North Park Hill will reveal the glamorous architectural legacy of these early years. Bordered by City Park to the west, the generous city lots, mature landscaping and the great Tudor, Dutch Colonial, Craftsman Bungalow and “Denver Square” homes of Park Hill give the streets here character and grace.

Northeast Park Hill homes were built a bit later with a great deal of development happening after WWII. You’ll find a nice mix of mid-century homes, brick ranches and Prairie houses in Northeast Park Hill.
