As you might imagine, the Country Club neighborhood is full of spectacular historic mansions built in the 1910s and 1920s. Homes here are typically two stories, with more than 5,000 square feet of living space and full brick or stucco construction. Many Country Club homes have been updated with gourmet kitchens and other highly desirable contemporary features, making them comfortable for modern living, despite being close to 100 years old.
Architectural styles you’ll find in the Country Club neighborhood include Tudors, Colonials, Gothics, Denver Squares, Georgians, French Chateaus, Victorians, and Spanish Stuccos. Most of these luxury homes were built on quarter acre lots, and the streets are lined with beautiful towering trees, further adding to the elegance of this spectacular neighborhood. Country Club homes range in price from the $900Ks to over $3M.
