Affordable Uptown Denver real estate consists almost exclusively of condominiums. In 2010, about 60 condos were sold, with 75% selling between $200k to $400k. Several smaller units sold for under $100k with only one condo exceeding $450k.

Uptown Denver is an easy walk to downtown. Depending on where you’re headed, it is 12 blocks at the most. At the southwest corner of Uptown, right at the 16th Street Mall, you can catch a free bus that will take you the complete length of downtown for FREE. This means you can catch a game at Coors Field, and hit all your favorite restaurants, bars, museums, and shops along the way.
