Platt Park Real Estate
Originally part of the Town of South Denver, Platt Park real estate makes up just one square mile that is geographically defined by I-25, Evans, Broadway and Downing Streets. The neighborhood boom began at the turn of the century, thanks to the extension of the trolley system that allowed both residential and commercial growth to thrive. The old trolley has been replaced with Denver’s new light rail system, and the Louisiana Street station offers Platt Park homeowners an easy commute to downtown Denver or the Denver Tech Center (DTC).

Much of the neighborhood architecture is turn-of the-century Victorian and character Bungalows, but there are also several newly-built single-family home and duplex options. Average Platt Park home prices range from the $300s to $600s, with new builds starting in the $500s.
